What makes him different from others, is that he has a very powerful voice which he is able to control and variate in a marvelous manner. Having already released a total of 16 albums Hafiz Abu Bakr has a wide variety of Nasheed that he renders.

The response and turn out at his programmes were phenomenal  and he was truly a source of inspiration for all. As a result of the great success and the popularity that Hafiz Abu Bakr enjoyed in South Africa over his last two visits, Radio Islam will be hosting him on a yearly basses.

The famous poem with which Hafiz Abu Bakr began every Mehfil:

Inscribe in my destiny, to live with peace and perfection
Let not my ship sink in trials and tribulation,

Jannah is indeed my destination
But oh lord of destiny make madina my permanent location
